Rough morning with little sleep..got through it though and hit a nasty wod @ One World. Shot out to VF and the Row…had my 2nd pinkberry..not that all impressed. Mind body was running insane today! Time to KO

Got liquored up last night having to wake up @8am for work, feeling like shit.dehydrated and tongue so dry it could’ve been used as sandpaper. After training, I hit a wrecking workout to get the bad out of me.

Super Bowl Sunday
Super Bowl Sunday at Mike B’s… ate like a king and stayed away from the liquor. After last night’s rendezvous i’m ready to stay rage free til my bday( maybe ).
