Got liquored up last night having to wake up @8am for work, feeling like shit.dehydrated and tongue so dry it could’ve been used as sandpaper. After training, I hit a wrecking workout to get the bad out of me. 5 rounds 10 Thrusters 75# 10 Pull-ups 10 box jumps 5 paralette dips/push-ups 200m run Time 14:05 Now off to the CROSSFITONEWORLD Fish game tournament…grand prize $900....

Super Bowl Sunday
Super Bowl Sunday at Mike B’s… ate like a king and stayed away from the liquor. After last night’s rendezvous i’m ready to stay rage free til my bday( maybe ). Weekend was filled with great company…don’t have much to complain about these days. 10pm and i’m beat..gotta program these workouts and gear up for the work week. ONE!

Keeping up with myself
Started a blog to simply keep up with my productivity with everyday living. Will be blogging about ”almost” everything and anything that comes to mind..haha Voice was gone from all the raging this past weekend…boooo Workout Strength: Squat 4 x 5 @ 78% of your one rep max. @ 235lbs…fucking brutal considering we just hit a 4 x 5 75% max one rep @ 225lbs on Monday....
